Microsoft bans lesbian from Xbox Live because her sexual orientation is ‘offensive’ to others

To quote Chris Matthews, “Oh, God.” It seems a woman was recently banned from Xbox Live because her sexual orientation—she’s a lesbian—has been deemed “offensive” by Microsoft. Let’s see how long it takes for Microsoft to “reconsider” this ban.

It’s like this: a woman, Teresa, had in her Xbox Live profile that she was a lesbian. Of course, the Xbox Live community, being the immature jerks that they are (I stopped using a headset while playing on XBL years ago), seized upon this, and immediately began harassing her in-game. At one point, she received a message from a fellow gamer containing a slur. That’s a hell of a way to treat another human being.

It gets worse. When Teresa went to Microsoft to complain, she was told that other players found her orientation “offensive,” so she was banned. Banned! What a foolish policy on Microsoft’s part. (Never mind the offensiveness and anti-socialness of half the games on Xbox Live: using “bodies as shields,” blowing cars up in the middle of a fictional New York City, etc.)

Let this news hit more “mainstream” news outlets, or Drudge or something, then we’ll see how long it takes before Teresa is reinstated.

大概就是講被shane吸引，開始學著去愛一個女生。

I've never flown to the Pacific Northwest to chase a girl I barely know, and I'm here, and I'm really crazy about you and I need you to give me another chance even if I'm still awful in bed. I know that I'm still Gay 101 but I'm a really fast learner and before you know it I'm going to be graduate level gay and fxxk law school I'm gonna get my doctorate in fxxking gay!"

當然，在拍攝S5的時候，遇上對手戲最多kate，當然少不了流言傳聞

I can't help it, I really like Shane and Molly together, regardless of what a terribly oddball couple they make. They are far too much fun, even with the straight girl curse looming large. My partner and I are also solidly of the opinion that Kate Moennig and Clementine Ford would make the most adorable real-life couple… if they aren't already… The body language and cute-as-hell looks between the two of them just scream out that either they've already been there and done that RL—or they totally would like to. I mean, look at the grin on Shane's face in this still frame—when has she ever given that "I know way too much about you young lady" full-face grin to any other girl on the show?

說說Clementine對kate的印象：

The first time I met Kate Moennig, I didn’t know that Kate was Kate. I introduced myself and she looked at me and said, “are you cool?” I was horrified. I said, “um, sometimes.” And she said, “well you better be, because we have to work together.” I was in shock. Then I ended up finding out, that is her humor. She is very good with the deadpan humor. Actually, I was in awe of her as a person. She is really lovely. She’s really sweet and really, really smart. I spent most of my time with her and she is hilarious. Her humor is a little bit fxxked, but in the most wonderful way. She is a lot of fun.

大概意思是第一次見面被kate的冷幽默嚇了，後來才發現kate其實很可愛，人也非常聰明，很有趣。 

說回正題，Clementine Ford正式come out了：

She told the magazine: "I never want to put a label on myself — but knowing that not everyone comes from such a liberal place, when something like Prop 8 comes out, you realize it’s important to stand up and be counted. A little gay kid in a small town is more important than whether I want a label."

As for whether she's dating anyone now, Ford said, "Yes, I am, but it’s new and I wouldn’t call it a relationship. I don’t want to say too much and jinx it.”
